Dr. Hannah Hinrichs, Pharm.D., is currently a PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at OSF Healthcare Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Butler University and completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at OSF Healthcare Saint Francis Medical Center.
Learning Objectives:
- Discuss the pharmacist's role in adult rapid sequence intubation
- Select appropriate inudctions and paralytic agents based on patient specific factors and newest evidence
- recommend appropriate post-intubation sedation strategies based on patient specific factors
